I hate it when people say this...

...Was talking to a childhood friend that I haven't seen in a long while when she said :

" I don't know how you can do this, I just couldn't be a nurse, I'm way to soft hearted"

I smiled politely but what I wanted to say was ...

Well duh!!! What do I look like? The Marquis de Sade??

Does anyone else get dumb things like this said to them?

I can not stand when ppl say this. Just because something may be easy for them to understand does not make it so for everyone.

I don't think people mean to say hurtful or dumb things.......... they just don't think before opening their mouths!

I don't worry too much about what other people say. Those that I love and care about, are forever saying to me, "I have the upmost respect for you, Sash. It takes a special person to be a nurse."

I hate it when people put on aires. Their poop stinks just as much as ours does. Maybe even more.

I hate it when people treat you like a maid just waiting for you to wait on them. They may not get their desired response.

I hate it when people tell you to jump, and then expect you to ask, "How high?" They may not get the desired answer.
