All I can say I you have my total and complete sympathy. Fortunately for my BSN program 34 years ago stats was not required. And thank God. I have tried THREE TIMES in my life to take and pass a stats class and I have never been able to. It scares me to death. I understand basic stats enough that when a read a medical article I can determine if the research done is statistically significant but I simply cannot sit in the classroom and learn this stuff. The last time I tried to take it, on the first test...OPEN BOOK... I had a panic attack and ran out of the room. It was horrible. I feel your pain, I really do.

I wish there was a BSN program that didn't require it. This is the first class that I am having extreme difficulty and am even worried I may not pass. It's scary to me as I have never done this bad in any previous classes
I feel your pain...I literally cried my way through statistics and it was also my lowest grade EVER.
Is it required for entry into your program? If so, there is likely something either in a handbook or website somewhere that will tell you whether or not that grade is going to "make the grade." In my case, stats was required and all required prereqs had to be C or higher.
Check with the program where you've applied and see what's required. You may need to retake it, unfortunately.

I'm only in the beginning of the semester unfortunately, and already having a tough time. I'm still passing but we've only had 4 quizzes and I failed one. I hope it's only a C or better needed vs C+, I think it's the nursing courses have to be C+ or better? I'll have to check again or call. Statistics is not needed for entry, I am already accepted in to their ADN to BSN program, just don't want to take it again and/or during the program itself.
I feel very sorry for you. I am taking Statistics. I have a C in my first test, I failed my second test and I have my third test tomorrow, and I don't understand anything that will be asked tomorrow. I will do my best and see what happens. And If I were you, I would take Stats again, wait patiently for result from the college and reapply to other colleges or universities if I get rejected. Don't give up. Make the best use of time by taking other required courses, researching about the career, volunteering and working in the field related to this career. Thats what I am planning to do even if I fail my stats class.
Good Luck
I feel your pain. I am finishing up my stats class right now, have one more class and one more test. I will probably get a C which will be the only C I have received in any of my pre-reqs. I got a D on the first test and a B on the second, I think I should be able to get at least a C on the last test which is what we have to have to start the nursing program which I am scheduled to start in August so I HAVE to get a C. Not my favorite class and will more than happy to be finished.

I'm in a community college atm and I'm trying to transfer out. I sent out my apps about 2 weeks ago! (along with my essays that I only spent a couple of days on
) On top of that, my SAT scores are LOW.... I got a D in statistics and that's my lowest grade. My 2nd lowest grade is a B. (My gpa is a 3.2/3.3) They're looking at 12 classes. I won't hear from them til March
. Anyone have any idea? Oh and when I sent out my app with my transcript/SAT score, I was already qualified for the nursing pool but that doesn't mean anything!!! I think they accepted everyone into the nursing pool. Do I have any hope?
