You don't have to wait for official results, you can just pay Pearson online,, and register again and send your app to bon that report doesn't mean much

BON will just tell you to wait for the letter... I too failed in July. I called them and wanted to know what are my next steps they told me nothing, but to just wait for the letter. I got the letter within 2 weeks. Had all "near passing standards" in all categories. It was the LONGEST two weeks of my life. A week before I got my letter I had already paid Pearson's and sent a new app and fee to BON. Got my ATT letter on August 6th and rescheduled for Sept 4th.
Trust me I was depressed/angry as well.. but once I got my ATT Letter I picked my books back up and started studying again. Just think of it this way.. Now you know what your walking into when you go to take your test, it's not gonna be the same as the first time, and believe in yourself.. keep your head up, and remember to breathe when you are testing!
Best of luck to you.
