I emailed nursing program and this is what they said what does it mean?

This is what I asked: Hello. I had a question regarding the nursing program at California State University, Long Beach. I was wondering if students can still be eligible for the BSN program if they were to repeat a course in the GE portion and the Science section of the requirements?

This is the response: We only consider passing grades. Retaking acourse due to failure is not a factor.

Does this mean I can retake and still be eligible?
