Hurst video's NEW or OLD

I used the old ones. I watched one newer one but the lady's voice was just so irritating. I just passed NCLEX on saturday. I think Hurst was a good refresher but I wouldn't say it was the main thing that helped me pass.

I took the live review in May, and along with it, I got 30 days of the online access to all the lectures. I've watched them all, and Marlene doesn't do any of them except for the introduction and final thoughts videos. I assumed they're pretty newish because in one of the maternity lectures, the lady references the year as 2011-2012.

See I have the old ones and I like them but I also didn't pass when I used hurst and now I'm hearing everyone swear my Hurst and just wanted to see if it's the newer lectures that's helping everyone or older ones. I have all the notes by them that you follow along.. And wondering IF THAT'S even the same?

Have u taken the exam already? How r the questions offered. Everyone keeps talking about the questions as well and I have the Hurst book that you can get at Barnes and those question in the back of the book r pretty easy. So I want to know how the questions on her online bank is?

I thought I was the only one that found some of them irritating. I could not bare listening to the cardiac lady. I felt like she was doing baby talk. The rest weren't so bad, but man she drove me crazy.

She drove me crazy too! I understand that they repeat stuff to get it into your memory but the sing song voice made me want to shut it off!

Hahahah yea. I was seriously considering complaining to them because after a while it was more distracting then helpful. The cardiac lady wouldn't even speak full sentences!

RIGHT????!??!!! lol

Seriously, she was insanely annoying. I enjoyed Hurst as a review, but the practice questions were not like the NCLEX.

I agree. I'm glad I had kaplan questions to work with because it helped me work on my weaknesses as suppose to feeling too confident with my Hurst scores.

I know I'm not asking if its annoying .. I'm trying to figure out if its newer and updated with better content stuff compared to the older ones... Is the notes given the same notes for the new lectures videos. ??!?
