Hurst tells you to not freak out about your scores for a reason, but yes I think you're okay! I passed NCLEX on Monday with 75 questions and my scores ranged from 77-89. I think the questions and rationales from Hurst were extremely helpful.
Thank you and Congratulations!! I hope I'll pass too tomorrow..

1. 77/125
2. 76/125
3. 82/125

michelleIP How did it go??? Have you done the PRV? Tell me the GOOD news...=D
I was getting 89-96 on the q reviews. SassyBN was right about them being extremely helpful for the exam. I passed with 75 q's in about 45 minutes. Hope the exam went well for everyone else :)

I know this is an old thread, but in case anyone out there was wondering (like I did) on the Q-Review scores, I had 77 (of 125), 77, 88, 85, 89, 78 and passed the nclex with 75 questions. Just thought I'd share for those of you stressing about "are my scores high enough?"

That's awesome! I averaged 94/125 and I will be taking my NCLEX tomorrow. I'm definitely worried if I will make the cut!

It seems like a lot of people taking the Hurst Q Reviews are scoring between 80-90 and are passing NCLEX in 75 questions. That sounds promising, since getting cut off at 75 questions and passing shows they did very well!
I ended up passing NCLEX in 75 questions after averaging a 75% on hurst.
