Hi everyone!
I just got accepted into Humber's General arts and science program! I'm excited/nervous about it. Does anyone know what the program is like? They told me the minimum mark they accepted this year to get into the RN program was 80%, I'm just wondering if that is really tough to get? 2 years ago I finished school for Registered Massage Therapy and my average was 86% and I already have a good base of the health sciences, but I didn't take any math or english which in the past have found rather tough.
Anyways, I was just interested in hearing any opinions on the program!
Thanks :)
Almost done my 3rd semester :)
The competition to get into both programs aren't bad if you go through the general arts and science. Everyone who met the criteria (grades) got in.
If you don't go straight into rn, it'll take you an extra year though because rpn is 2 years and the bridge program is 3. So, it depends on how much time you can spend in school.
yeah I know I didn't even know you can do that until last year.... my friend took the practical nursing test at humber she did goood on everything else expect the math component... but they offered her a general arts & science at number Dx lucky!! I'm suppose to be in college this year... for nursing
