Hello! After recent situations&conversations with senseless uncaring pods this week, I am glad to see other HUMAN nurses and na out there dealing with the same things. we are an endangered species, being taken over by these pods with lame excuses.. :uhoh21: :uhoh3: Ive heard everything from" u dont know what ive been through" to "Im tired of everyone putting the blame on me" to "these people just want to make my life miserable" to "all they want is to be waited on hand and foot, all they do is moan because they r in a gchair, if they done for theirselves they wouldnt hurt like that. my back hurts too and i still walk to the bathroom"!!!! yeah well their lives are just soooo great arent they? and I know it wasnt me that left her in a saturated bed for that long when u just "got done with a check on that hall! and if they didnt have degenerative hips with calcified masses , and stage 3 decubs on their heels they probaby would walk to the bathroom, if u would answer her light, and walk her like ur suppose to,she wouldnt have the decubs either!!!!!!!!!!! But who am I to say n e thing right>>>>>>>>>>>... I dont know what ur going through!!!!!!!!!! :rotfl:

Thankfully, this can be a glass half-full or half-empty situation. I have found many caring, loving and amazing human beings in my walk of life. When I am tempted to let the evils and shortcomings of mankind get to me, I try to remember the kindnesses shown me and shown others and that so many others are inherently good and that all is not lost. I hate to be a Pollyanna, but I need to remind myself of the good in order to cope. The evil gets more press and attention, all the time.
