Has anyone taken HA at CCRI?
i had (moderator edit of name) fill in once for my anatomy lab and he def. was really cool, i will still stick with (moderator edit of name) for lab because i had her and she was wicked nice. (moderator edit of name) was my anatomy lecture teacher which was cool but i'm not sure if she is teaching at the moment.
Hello, I am taking Intro to health and Developmental at the Warwick Campus 2nd session at CCRI. My advisor wants me to sign up this week for fall classes. Next is Anatomy I do not test well because of an anxiety problem, so I need a little extra time while test taking. Any suggestions on who to take? Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

(moderator edit of name) is the best....you would be doing yourself a disservice by not taking him! as long as you put in the effort, he will go out of his way to help you, which includes opening the lab on weekends.
and, i would look into getting help for your test taking anxiety for the simple reason that when you get to the nursing courses, you won't be allowed any extra time on tests.
our exams (at ric, but i'm sure it's similar at ccri) are timed and 1 hour each.....ati exams are also timed.....it's preparation for nclex. good luck!

for anyone else who is going to be picking an anatomy professor at ccri or uri: pick (moderator edit of name)!!!!!!! he is by far the best teacher...i picked him at uri, but he also teaches at ccri...he teaches regional anatomy, which provides you with a better understanding of injuries occuring in one specific region of the body, i.e. thoracic. i transferred from a post bac pre-med program at harvard university, and i can tell you that (moderator edit of name) provides you with an education that is equal in every way! just remember that you only get back what you put in....so don't expect to be a passive learner of anatomy and walk away with a comprehensive knowledge base.
