HRSA 2021-2022

I haven't seen anyone start a thread about applying for this year's HRSA scholarships. I am waiting to see if I am accepted into a school in IL (fingers crossed!) and then I am going to start my application process for HRSA. The program I am applying to is a 16 months ABSN that starts in august! what about you all?

Have you been accepted some where yet? Still in the application process? Already started the Scholarship application?

Honestly, from what I heard from previous applicants, it can take anywhere from 1 to 4 months to hear back. Latest would be September 30. However, I heard if they do a credit check on you then that's a good sign, not saying your 100% in, but it's a possibility ;)

After waiting for a few days, my professor was finally able to submit his recommendation letter for me which was the very last thing I needed to submit my application. Now the waiting games begin!

I was surprise to see that I'm allowed to still edit my application between now and the deadline, so that gave me some peace of mind in case I want to double check anything. Praying for all of you who are applying this cycle, good luck and stay positive :D

Did you put your name and applicant ID on all forms?

Yes, after that initial discussion about it on here I called HRSA on different occasions and spoke to different reps each time and asked them about putting my name and ID on all the forms and they said to do it.

I know right! Some of the documents I even put my name and ID on there twice, one on top and one on the bottom
