I thought I would start a thread for those who have applied, do that we can keep each other posted on what is going on with the process. Also here to promote tons of positivity for everyone.
i am a $0 efc, and i too and trying to figure out exactly how they decide. from what i have read and been told, they take the $0 efc first funding group and it is basically a random draw from that group. i am trying to wait patiently........but i want to see that extra link that you got hil:p
Did anyone notice that this was now posted?
It is anticipated that NSP awardees will be notified no later than September/early October. NSP applicants not receiving an award will be notified via email in mid October.
On the initial log in page it says Sept 30th, but now they are saying "early October"... I don't start my program until September 29th, but it would be driving me crazy if I had to start in August and was STILL waiting! Also, my EFC is $0...
Hmmm...I'm thinking there are two separate programs that people are talking about in this thread...the NSP and the NELRP...is this correct? Because I see nothing on my page that has changed in the last 3 months.
Also, the EFC....for the people mentioning that, is it for the NSP? Because I'm in the running for the NELRP and I don't remember anything about my EFC.
Thanks...good luck to all!
No I am referring to the actual scholarship program and not the loan repayment, and I think we have all been discussing this.
So I called HRSA about what to do regarding the Nursing School Curriculum field, and they told me to go ahead and put this info in. They also told me it was a good sign that they were asking me for this, but remember, I was one of the last to get any updates on my status, until after most of you had, so I wouldn't be discouraged based on changes this week.

Yep, I was the only difference is there is a link that says Nursing School Curriculum. When I click on this link, there is an open field where you can paste or type data in. All of the status info is gone.....
Did you notice whether or not your status was blank before the Nursing Curriculum link was present?
