2024 HRSA Nurse Corps Loan Repayment

Hi everyone, just starting this form since I didn't see a thread for this application cycle. First time applicant, Tier 2.

First time Nursecorp LRP applicant Tier 1, RN @ rural primary care fqhc. Had a credit check on 5/30 and received that same generic email on 8/7 of "your application is under review and you'll hear regardless by 9/30.”

seems like mostly advanced practice / maternal health folks have heard back about awards so far?

so disheartened by the 20 new awards, just want to know either way at this point.

for folks who applied previously but did not get awards, did you truly get that email late September? Seems like most awardees find out in August.

I haven't seen any updates other than advanced practice applicants. Wondering if they prioritize AP and then move onto RN afterward, wholly speculation though.

Thanks for starting this thread!  Curious what it means to be a finalist.  If you accept that award, does it mean you will likely get it or is it still kind of in limbo?

Hi everyone! Thought I'd chime in since I was chosen as a finalist yesterday for the NCLRP. I'm so grateful! I accepted the award and it's now saying I'm under review. Just waiting for a co signature now. The email said I had until August 27th to accept. I'm a family med NP working at an FQHC with an HPSA score of 15, DTI >100%. I never received notice of a credit check. Hoping I get that co signature as I read the award is not final until it is counter signed.

Just had my credit checked for the first time today. First time applicant. Tier 1, NP. Have been anxious about this since turning in the application in March.

still "submitted" on portal despite being under review. No credit check or any further email.

I had a credit check in July. 
 

I did call 2 weeks ago. She said that they are behind? 
 

I am still hopeful.

Nothing new for me. Still listed as "submitted" even after email saying under review. No crediT check to my knowledge. 

I am thinking there must be >20 recipients based on numbers reported on this thread, which surely is a small sample size of the bigger applicant pool..?

They are definitely pulling in batches. I just got an experian alert. They are behind. Last year, they pulled credit in May. 
RN, Tier 1, DTI <100%

My status on the website finally says under review and I got a credit check done today. 😓
