Great article documenting how Covid-19 spread in my area---- this is what I recall from TV news reports, local Philly papers, Montgomery County Health department briefings.
Cardiologist> patients > patients family member > grandparent- employed at prison > prison outbreak. Sixty-four people — 22 inmates and 42 staff — contracted coronavirus at the Delaware County prison,

Part of the community outbreak cases in the interior of Alaska were related to care at a stand alone medical and physical therapy office/business. Contact tracing led to identifying and closing that source of infection.
