I think the bigger question is will the Harris admin and Dems accept a Trump reelection. I am guessing not since they didn't accept the first election win and have been doing everything possible to get him out since.

Been Shapiro's opinion is really only of value within the Trump cult. Most of us sint care what he thinks.  It's not Biden/Harris supporters making weird and unamerican noises about violent response to election results.

I've been voting for 40+ years so have seen plenty of candidates and Presidents running the US government; using that knowledge to realize actions of this president ruining our country and leading us to Authoritarian government.

So much of what I'm seeing today spoken/in-acted by Pres. Trump is harming our democracy along with world order.  Hundreds of former officials who were part of his administration along with former presidential admins sounding the alarm---- which I'm hearing loud and clear.

Trump, Biden build legal armies for electoral battlefield

President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden with help from allies have amassed an expansive legal war chest and marshaled armies of attorneys for what is on track to be the most litigated election season in U.S. history. 

The Republican National Committee (RNC) has pledged $20 million this cycle to oppose Democratic-backed efforts to ease voting restrictions while Biden, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, said his campaign has assembled 600 attorneys as a bulwark against election subterfuge.

With a little more than three months until Election Day, the voting rules in key battleground states are the focus of bitterly partisan court fights that could influence the outcome of the presidential race. These include lawsuits to expand mail-in voting in Texas, extend vote-by-mail deadlines in key Rust Belt swing states and restore the voting rights of up to one million indigent Floridians with felony records. ...

Trump has repeatedly stoked these concerns. Without evidence, he has claimed that mail-in voting opens elections to potential widespread fraud, and recently refused to say he would accept the election results.

Biden, for his part, has warned repeatedly that Trump is prepared to “steal” the election.

“This president is going to try to indirectly steal the election by arguing that mail-in ballots don't work. They’re not real. They’re not fair,” Biden told donors Thursday, according to press reports. ...

Trump connects Supreme Court fight to his bid to hold onto power

The fear among Donald Trump's detractors is that he has a dangerous post-election scheme in mind. They've described a possible scenario in which the Republican president will appear to have an early lead on Election Day among voters who cast ballots in person -- before mail-in ballots are counted -- at which point Trump will declare victory based on an incomplete tally.

From there, the president and his team will ramp up efforts to delegitimize ballots cast by mail, and turn to the courts to stop the vote-count in as many places as possible....

..."The president keeps making clear that unless Democrats win by an unquestionable landslide, he will fight the results of the election and trigger an unprecedented legitimacy crisis, unless he's allowed to simply steal power. We are in such dangerous territory."...

Postscript: During his brief Q&A yesterday afternoon, Trump referenced the need for nine justices five times, but let's not lose sight of the high-court arithmetic. As a result of Ruth Bader Ginsburg's passing, conservative justices now enjoy a 5-3 advantage.

It's hard not to wonder whether the president is concerned that his election scheme will be so brazen and so hostile toward democracy that one of the conservatives may not be comfortable, so Trump wants a 6-3 advantage, just to make sure the high court will be corrupt enough to keep him in power.

As a PA voter, if need be I will be CRAWLING the 4 blocks to my voting location to vote in person  so vote will be recorded on election day.

Naked ballots are those returned without security envelope.

How ‘naked ballots’ in Pennsylvania could cost Joe Biden the election

The state Supreme Court in Pennsylvania, a critical battleground state that’s seen as increasingly likely to determine who wins the White House, last week ordered officials to throw out “naked ballots” — mail ballots that arrive without inner “secrecy envelopes.” Pennsylvania uses a two-envelope mail ballot system: A completed ballot goes into a “secrecy envelope” that has no identifying information, and then into a larger mailing envelope that the voter signs.

It’s unclear how many naked ballots there will be, because this is the first year any Pennsylvania voter can vote by mail, and most counties counted them in the June primary without tracking how many there were.

But Philadelphia’s top elections official warned Monday that the court’s ruling “is going to cause electoral chaos,” lead to tens of thousands of votes being thrown out, and put the state at the center of “significant postelection legal controversy, the likes of which we have not seen since Florida in 2000.”

The decision ordering them thrown out was part of a trio of rulings Thursday that, among other things, extended the deadline for voters to send mail ballots back, permitted the use of drop boxes for voters to return them, and removed the Green Party’s presidential ticket from the ballot....
