I have been working 32 hours a week at a hospital while out of school. This will be my first semester working with a stressful job. All through out my first degree I've done EMS as a volunteer and that was 20 hours a month. I will also be a volunteer EMT 20 hours a month. There is down time for EMS though. I've never thought of EMS as a job, just a hobby so it's oddly more relaxing for me. Depending on the people the people can make you laugh to at the station.
Mondays and Tuesdays will be my clinical days for 6 hour shifts. I have class all day Wednesday and am pretty much drained from sitting in class when I get home. Thursday I will have class in the AM and from what I've heard our care plans are due then, unless that's changed this semester. Friday's I have class in the AM then go into work from 3pm-11pm. Saturday I'll be working 3pm-11pm. Sunday will be my off day from work. Sunday will probably be my EMS day.
Where would you put in time to study? I'm trying to create a tentative schedule.
