Does anyone know how to review for SATA questions?

The best advice I can give is to just know your core content. The questions can vary so much, it would be impossible to know every thing they might ask as a SATA. In my NCLEX, I had probably less than 5 SATA out of 75 questions.
If you are able to, I highly recommend the Hurst Review. The review is great, they give good tips for SATA and other test taking tips, and their practice exams were so helpful! I think that was the key thing for me when I studied: practice questions! I did thousands! There's also a great app I found for $20 called NCLEX Mastery. It had tons of questions, including SATA, with excellent rationales. Since it was an app, I was able to study anywhere, any time I had a chance!
Good luck on your exam! :)

Look at SATA as a true/false question. Look at WHAT the question is asking you....not all SATA questions are based on content, but interventions, may be priority. Lippinicott and LaCharity are good for SATA, as well as Saunders NCLEX flash cards.

I think about 20 (at least) of my 75 questions were SATA. My advice is to look at each answer individually and decide if it's right or wrong before going on to the next option.
Also, I put only one response for 2 of them. I was told that's not a great idea, but they were both topics I was really comfortable with and I just didn't think the other choices were right. I wish I knew if I got these right or wrong, but I did pass so at least there's that : )
I averaged 70-74% on four of their tests. My friends were averaging 55-70% on theirs, and all three of us passed.
I went to the Live Review (which was 3 days) then came home and did the 4th day material online in a day. I read through the book twice to make sure I understood the core content. I then did 4 of the 6 exams (saved 2 just in case I failed NCLEX!) That was pretty much it. I really liked Hurst; they made some of the content I struggled with in school so much simpler & easier to understand. I feel like I actually understood some of the things I didn't get in school once the class was over.
