You got the job, you worked REALLY hard for this - so let people know (if you feel comfortable with it of course)!! I don't think it makes a difference when you post it, just so long as you have the offer :-)
Also, don't let the sharks get to you....they are everywhere in this profession and a lot of nurses eat their young.
And remember - NO question in nursing is a stupid one!!!

Personally, I never list anything related to employment on social networking sites, nor do I post about work, ever. (see multiple threads on this subject)
I also have a knack for straying from the subject at hand. :) If they offered, and you accepted, I'd say the job is as good as yours. BUT I think it's better to wait till you've got the paperwork signed and W's filled out.

(besides being a question i don't understand the purpose of.....) posting anything about work is the stupidest thing ever!!! people who are comfortable with social media will inevitably post something inappropriate at some point and get fired for it. leave it alone and enjoy the job. you don't have to post everything that happens in your life.
