How do you sign your name?

I don't start my clinical rotations until next year, but am just curious how you sign your name for documentation as an FNP student. Thanks all.

    I am an ACNP. When I was doing my NP student rotations we were told to sign as:

    First, Last, RN, NP-S

    ___ State University, ACNP program

    During my rotations I had sites that required either "Name, RN" or "Name, NP Student".

    I have my students sign as "Name, RN, Student NP"
