How possible is it to pass the NCLEX-RN with 227 questions?

I wrote the nclex-rn for the 2nd time on the 1st of October and the computer shut me out on question 227 in 4 hours. I had 28 sata, 3 rearrange, 4 math, and lots of prioritization questions. I'm petrified because I think I failed again. The first time I did the entire 265 questions in 6 hours but failed. I didn't get any below passing mark. I was near passing mark in all sections. The first time I prepared with Mosby comprehensive review for contents and lots of qbanks. The second time I prepared with NCSBN 5weeks review, I did both the content and 1300 qbanks that comes with it, I also did the lacharity book which I found very helpful in strengthening my prioritization and delegation skills. I don't know what else to do. I'm so anxious and depressed. I have only 1 chance remaining. God please HELP ME!!!!!!

Why is this your last chance? It's very possible. I have a friend that got 191, a friend that got 205. Just depends where you are in reference to the line.

It's my second attempt so I have one more attempt left. In Canada we hv a total of 3 attempts.

Oh. Ok. So after the 3rd, if you don'tpass, is it remediation? This is interesting to me because in the state of Md, its unlimited. But no more than 8 times a year.

You guys in the States are very lucky..the entire Canada is the same...3 attempts only. If u don't pass the 3rd attempt, u will have to redo the nursing program. Anyways, I got my result in the mail this morning from CNO and I PASSED!!!! I'M OFFICIALLY AN RN , BSCN!!!! I can't contain my joy! Thank u JESUS.

I didn't do the PVT. Got my official result in the mail today and I passed thanks.
