How to pass Pharmacology

I am a LPN nursing student. Currently, I am taking Pharmacology. Once I complete Pharmacology, I will be going to cliniclas in September. Can anyone please help me with any ideas or tricks on how to pass Pharmacology.

I thought getting the NCLEX review book but I didn't know which one to get. I have a $10 giftcard for Barnes & Noble to use. I will go to the nearest store to look at my options.

borrow them from a library, look on ebay, albris, amazon, half.com etc

NCLEX review book new will cost you between 35 and 45 dollars, its worth it. You can go online and buy one from last year for less than half that price.

The Pharm class at my school is a nightmare. At this point almost 75% of the class is below the 75% exam average needed to pass. The class as a whole is extremely stressed out. Our instrustor doesn't really focus on prototype drugs, that is wishful thinking, and her exams change from one exam to the next. It is really impossible to figure out how to study for her exams. I honestly don't feel like I know any more about pharm now then I did before I started the class!

Pharm was not easy for me. Yes to got to memorized by heart the drug names, its uses, side effects.
