How to obtain a License in NY with a current NJ license???

Hi all!

I have been looking for this topic on the site but couldn't find it, so I opened up this new topic, hopefully I'm not the only one with this question :)f I have recently gotten my New Jersey LPN License, and my question is how do I go about getting licensed in NY. If any of you know, I would greatly appreciate your help. I know you're supposed to go to the NY Board of Nursing website , but I can't seem to find the application, the only one I find there is the one for NCLEX testing. If anybody knows and could by any chance be able to give me the exact website or URL I would be very thankfull :) Thanks!

You will need to complete the 'verification of license' forms also.
