How much do you pay for health ins.

I currently added my family to my insurance through work and it cost me $400 a month for my wife a 2 kids. is this normal or is this high? Thanks I am thinking about job searching and wanting to know what to expect from hospitals in the area thanks.

Sounds about normal. I think we pay $300 a month just for the kids. I don't even have insurance because we can't afford it while I'm in school, thankfully my job (I work for OUMed) offers a same day clinic for $15 for employees so I use that if I need to.

The HMO at the hospital is $300 a month and the PPO is $400 a month for a family of 4. My daughter works for a bank and pays $400 for a family of 4.
