HOw many times did you take the dossage exam

I failed the dosage exam the first time around with a 68 percent, then passed it the second time around. Math is my weakest subject, and I truthfully need to buckle down and give it much more practice. The passing grade at my school was, if I am recalling accurately, a 90 percent or greater. If a student could not pass the dosage exam, they were not permitted to progress to their clinical rotations.

At my school, passing is also a 95% and you get 4 tries. Took me 3 in one class, and 1 in another.

I passed it on the first try and got a 92.5 and we needed a 90 as I recall. My hint is to take your time..take the full time alloted if needed and double check everything..Don't change your answer unless you are 110% sure the second answer is correct.

It took my best friend 4 times to pass. She was on her final try and if she did not pass, she would have OUT!!! Thankfully she passed the final time. By the way, she had to have 100% to pass. No mistakes.

Once, both semesters.

We take one each semester. First year you must get 90%. I got 100 the first semester, 95 second semester. Second year we are required to get 100%.

I am in a 4 trimester accelerated BSN program and we are required to take math exams every trimester with a 90%. You get 3 chances to take each one. I passed the first one with a 93%.

My tip: use dimensional analysis.

Hello.

I am attending ccbc (essex) also. I take the dosage class end of july. My fundamental instructor said that most people do not pass the first time also. I would not worry to much. I plan on not passing the first time either. Good luck. What does this first class cover in the book? TIA
