I have requested the US Embassy from my country last December to transfer my case over to the US Embassy in London, of which the latter replied in April this year and sent me packet 3. I've sent the notification of readiness (Form-DS2001) on the last week of the same month but I haven't heard again from them since. The Visa Bulletin for employment based applicants in my country for July nows appears Current , am I still affected by retrogression?
Just wanted to know when to start panicking . Thanks for your kind replies!
P.S.

I take it your PD is in date and you have/had a visa allocated. Usually it only takes 6-9 weeks approx but this is only when visas are available and dependant on when NVC sends your file to the UK embassy. Usually you get a letter giving OK to sort medical with interview within a few weeks from medical. Have you confirmed with NVC that your file has been sent to the UK?
My case was filed in 2001 in my country, approved in 2003 and revalidated last year. What made me worry now was ringing up NVC using their automated service but surprisingly they don't seem to have it on record! Well, I take it, since my file was revalidated, I should still have the same SRC number right?
I just sent NVC an email explaining my status and current location. I have moved here in UK since June 2002.
Tell me, is there something to worry about?
Guess I ought to answer my own question , NO there's no need to worry
Got my Packet 4 in the mail today! Scheduled for interview in July. It took about 8 weeks.
