How long is NMC UK application?

Hey guys! I'm a Filipino Nurse and I've been applying in NMC for my application in the UK so I could proceed with ONP. I'm done with my pack 1 and just called the NMC about it, they mentioned that they have sent my pack 2. However, it's been almost a month that I still don't have the mail. Do u know how long will it take to arrive in the Phils? How long have u had to wait before you received your decision letter?

I had the same experience but luckily I have a friend in Harrow, UK to whom I addressed all the correspondence from the NMC, which made the process a lot quicker compared to my Philippine address as I am currently here in Saudi. Meanwhile, about the time frame prior to receiving the Decision Letter, I was advised last week by their agent over the phone that I may call back after a month if they already reached a decision for my application. But here's the catch, it would normally take a maximum of ninety days. Fortunately, he gave me a hope that the earliest could be in a span of three weeks. Hope it helps.

Thanks edong! I just got my pack 2 three weeks ago and I will be sending it on Friday. Thanks for the info, hope I can get my dl faster as expected.

I come from a non EU country i.e India. I am planning to write my ielts in the month of July. As I am really curious to apply to Nmc UK, I would like the know the types of documents Nmc pack consist of. It would be a great help. I am looking forward to apply soon but before that I want to understand what are actual papers we are required to fill and send?

Pig I remember rightly the handbook explains the packs and how to complete them. Have you looked at the NMC website?

Hey, in pack 1, they will need a copyof yourpassport, birth certificate and your board certificate (proof that you are a registered nurse in your home country). Good luck with your IELTS!

Try to request for another pack by calling the NMC office and tell them what happened.

Hi there! How come they lost it? Did they tell you they actually lose it or is it merely just your assumption? You can call the NMC and request for another packz :) callthem and ask them that they need to resemd they pack 2 in your address.
