How long for the NCLEX-PN results in pennsylvania?

Just wondering how long I should wait before i start checking the state boards website to see if I passed my nclex....i just took it today lol but I think I failed and wanna kno for sure

My sister had her results within 24 hours by checking the BON website. She just passed the Nclex-pn back in November.
