How do I respond to job offers while I have other interviews

I have been on several interviews. I have received one per diem postion and believe I have another position that will be offered to me. My dilemma is.. If I am offered a position lets say tomorrow and have an interview for another facility later in the week, what do I say to the facility that offers me the job.

Any job offer will expect you to take some time and consider, it's a big decision. Just tell them thanks for the offer and that you will strongly consider it and let them know in x number of days.

I agree, unless it's your absolute dream job, thank them for the offer and tell them "I need some time to think things over, I will let you know by X date."
