Hello,
I'm doing research in the field of mycology and would like to start a fungal culture in a Polypropylene IV bag. I searched all over online and could not find anyone selling one. Can someone help me?
I want to make a liquid fungal culture in the bag and I want to be able to re-use it continually.
I also need a basic education on iv bags and all the related parts and accessories (drip chambers, injection ports etc.) Is there a website that covers this or a good book for a complete beginner?
Thanks for reading

Best bet is to contact the manufacture however they may say no. If you're researching it as a company or as a student, I would make sure you have permission to contact the manufacture based on the company/school's behalf as that may increase the chances of them wanting to work for you. If your school has a medical rep for an IV company, see if they will let you purchase a bag through them.
However, I know IV bags with the solution inside are regulated in many states like IV catheters are. I don't know about empty IV bags.

Are you in a lab setting/controlled environment or are you planning to do this at home?

You should be able to go to any of a bazillion medical supply websites and find this. I see them all the time in my work. You can also get a letter from your advisor (assuming you're not doing this freelance) and take it to a hospital and ask for some expired supplies form central supply or pharmacy. There are any number of YouTubes on how to do IV therapy that can help you with the psychomotor skills.
