Hello everyone,
I recently finished my 1 year in acute care and finished my BSN. I’ve been applying to new jobs but haven’t received any call backs. I even went to a resume writer and polished up my resume. I want to reach out to a manager or a recruiter, anyone to follow up but I’ve been applying to large hospital systems and there is no listed phone or email to contact anyone. How else can I reach out to someone and let them know I’m interested? I've been applying to L&D and OBGYN clinics if that makes a difference.

If its a unit within your own hospital, try your best to see if you can get contact info.
If its another facility I would say call the hospital and ask to be transferred to the unit. Ask to speak to the director/manager. If not, ask for their email.

You do not say if your one year of acute care was in L&D/OBGYN. If you are trying to change specialties, you can expect it to be a bit rough to generate any interest. Not impossible, but it will take longer and be a harder sell. Just keep at it.
Oh, my one year is in general medicine. Thanks for your tips! I’ve sent out what feels like a million applications with no call backs. It’s getting a bit discouraging but I’m going to try and reach out to any managers that I can. Thanks again for replying!
