I graduated with an Associate in Health science in May 2016. According to most Nursing schools, there is a "five year" limit to science classes. So I wanted to know how late can I apply to the nursing schools? Because I took Chem I in Spring 2014, I have until Spring 2018 to apply to the program or Spring 2019?

Seems like the best way for you to go is to ask the school admissions counselor at the school you want to attend. If someone here gives you an answer and it's the wrong one for the program you plan to apply to it won't help you much. good luck.

I'd heard something of this nature for ages only it was the 'seven year' rule. Then I returned to college in 1991 and discovered passed classes are good forever. I had classes from 1980 I did not need to retake.
I'd check with college.

Yup, you need to contact the school. My school didn't have a rule (even though I took all my pre reqs in the last 2 years), but I know many do. Some programs are VERY strict on the rule, others may be more flexible in that it depends on the rest of your courses/major/GPA. I do know people who were given a little leeway due to otherwise stellar performance, but this varies by school.
