How hospitals in DWF pay RNs overtime?

I know I have to work overtime to pay the bills as I am the sole breadwinner in the house. In AZ. hospitals pay us bonus for doing overtime. How hospitals in DWF do that? Do they give out bonus? Thank you for your response.

Houston's weather's lousy. I hope you like humidity...and heat. I'll stay in DFW thanks, at least here we only have to deal with heat. (Not this week though - 5 inches of snow, 2 days apart).
