Hi!! I was wondering how far back you go with jobs you've previously had on a resume and or application. I was told a while ago 5-7 years, but is it more?
For instance I have held two jobs in the OR, 2 facilities, totaling 7 years... I am looking for another OR position.... do I list my other long term position I had BEFORE the first OR job I had, even though it was not OR related , and was about 10 years ago? What's the norm for this, I get conflicting answers from people... TIA!!!

Seven years work history is the "norm". However, if you have a history of experience that will benefit the new job you can go back further.
Thank you !

I was told seven years because that coincides with the background check.
