How to endorse CA license in NY?

If I have a CA RN license..how can I endorse it to NYBON. (I am a foreign Graduate) Do I still need to get my credentials verified by CGFNS?Thanks a lot.

Look at the website for NY, all of the information is there.

Yes, you can endorse to NY, but not until you actually have a position offered and a valid Social Security Number. Remember that you cannot endorse from CA until you have the SSN#, as they do not consider you having a license until they receive the SSN# from you and issue you a license.
