How far in advance have you all started studying for the NCLEX??? I won't be taking it until next summer (2006), but I kinda wanted to start studying this summer.... Is that too early???

In my opinion its never to early to start reviewing. I think I started reviewing my NCLEX books at the beginning of my final year.

If you've got another year of nursing school some of the review questions aren't going to make much sense and you might unnecessarily stress yourself out.
I admire your dedication though, we're many months away from summer of 2005 and your planning on what you will be doing then. Wish I was like that.
Why not study for what's upcoming in the fall of 2005, or here's concept...enjoy your summer!
But no, it's not too early to study, never is. I would guess though the majority of us who passed the first time began studying in earnest after we finished nursing school.
Good luck in all you do!

If you feel you must review something, review the course content for your next nursing class! :)
I personally didn't start reviewing for the NLCEX until my last semester of school, and not hard-core until after I graduated.
Best of luck to you. :)
