How Can I Have A Nclex Application Form & Finger Print Card??

Hi im new here Im Laiza, licensed nurse from the Philippines..how can i have a application form for NCLEX and the fingerprint card???

You should be able to go to your states BRN (Board of Registered Nursing) page and download them.

You need to apply to a state Board of Nursing for licensure first, and if you are talking about a fingerprint card, chances are you are talking of CA. I suggest that you read the stickies that are at the top of the International forum before sumbitting anything to them. It will take you four to six months plus to get permission to sit for the exam, and another month before you will even get the results of the exam. You need to have a Social Security Number before you will be issued a license number, so you will need to wait for snail mail to give you your results. Most get too stressed out waiting, plus if you get a better job offer someplace else, you will have headaches with trying to endorse.

how many years does nclex expires? and what would be best? working in hospital before taking nclex or vice versa??
