Hi and welcome to the site

For a start you are applying for licensure and NCLEX is just part of the process. There are a few requirements you have to meet with the state board of nursing to the state you want to work in.

I suggest you check out the International forum especially threads on Primer to working in the US and retrogression, as you are affected by that at the moment. You need to decide on where you want to live also in the US, plenty of good information in the International forum which you can find by clicking the local tab near the top of the page and then international
