Hiiiii everyone! I know this is a little early, but I am graduating in May 2025 and will be applying to Houston Nurse Residencies. I didn't see a forum for this 🙂 since applications haven't started in the next few weeks, so I just wanted to make this for more info! Does anyone know all the application opening dates for TCH, MH, Methodist, etc.? And any advice/insights/interview tips related to nursing residencies? 

Anyone still waiting on Memorial Hermann? I interviewed last week and the unit manager estimated I would hear back by the end of this week, but still nothing. Supposedly there's a process (group decision if I recall correctly?) involved before sending out offers, hence the wait time. However, since it's already the end of the week and it seems people have already received offers last week I'm not very optimistic 🥲

I also expected a call from them this week after my interview but nothing. They never called or emailed or anything. They said it wouldn't take long to hear back, trying to stay positive but I don't think I got the job. I feel like a call letting us know would've been nice tho.

It also may be because people are still getting tour of the units a memorial hermann. My friend had one today and another one yesterday!

Email the recruiter ! They reach back really quick during the week days. Don't lose hope ! I got my offer after I emailed.

Hello everyone!! Congrats to everyone who has gotten offers & secured jobs!! 
I had two questions ... for those who applied for Memorial Hermann Children's was that a separate residency application than the Memorial Hermann nurse residency application. I ask because I didn't see any positions regarding children's such as PICU 

Also, to everyone getting offers are y'all graduating with a BSN or ADN. I am graduating in May with my ADN and have been getting rejected and not hearing anything back and I am trying to not feel so discouraged.

Hey girl! I am graduating in May with my BSN and I got an IMC position at Memorial Children's. There was just one application but it made you rank the position you would like and at which hospital. I ranked IMC at Children's as my #1 choice. Don't be discouraged! I applied to SO many places and got rejected multiple times. Just keep applying to every position you can. You just need one YES!!

I had an interview with MH TIRR and they said they would email by the end of the week and I didn't receive anything so I am not as optimistic either has anyone heard back from TIRR memorial Hermann?
