Hiiiii everyone! I know this is a little early, but I am graduating in May 2025 and will be applying to Houston Nurse Residencies. I didn't see a forum for this 🙂 since applications haven't started in the next few weeks, so I just wanted to make this for more info! Does anyone know all the application opening dates for TCH, MH, Methodist, etc.? And any advice/insights/interview tips related to nursing residencies?

I don't do a cover letter , I felt like the cover letter and mission statement are basically the same thing haha! Just selling yourself to them basically

at the katy campus only ER was left and at the med center she said PICU, med surg, pulmonary/diabetes, ER, and women's OR
