Agreed, I think it varies by location. First, I interviewed with sugar land for the ICU, it was with an older woman who was a nurse, she was so friendly and the interview went really well. Next, I interviewed with a general recruiter. This one was for TMC. She didn’t even glance at my resume, asked me like 2-3 questions, and ended it. She was super nice and told me I did a very good job, but it was just a completely different experience than my first interview. This recruiter also walked out to her car right behind me so I could tell she just wanted to be done for the day. This put a bitter taste in my mouth.

Yeah some of the interviews I heard didn't seem fair. A classmate of mine was limited to 5 minutes. I would have not been able to answer all of my questions in under 5!

Has anyone heard anything new from Texas Children’s since the update last week saying there was a delay? It was my understanding we were supposed to hear something this week and I haven’t heard anything yet ?

I interviewed yesterday but it was spare of the moment, the recruiter literally called the same day 2 hours before the interview to come in

No ? I emailed her Wednesday but haven’t heard anything back yet

All of my classmates who interviewed with sugar land were told it'll take a week or two. None of us have heard back from our units.
