Houston Nurse Residency Spring 2025

Hiiiii everyone! I know this is a little early but I am graduating this December and will be applying to houston nurse residencies and didn't see a forum for this 🙂 since applications start in a few months, just wanted to make this for more info! Does anyone know all the application opening dates for TCH, MH, Methodist, etc...?

Gotcha I didn't apply because I figured it was going to be super competitive and wanted to start at pearland but I have heard NOTHING from MH!

Hi! I've been trying to be patient, but I've applied to every hospital here in Houston that is offering women's services (mother baby specifically) and haven't heard anything back. I'm trying to not be discouraged. Nothing for MH just my application says under review, nothing from HM West for perinatal, and so on. Has anybody heard anything for mother baby :(

Getting a job offer in mother/baby is pretty difficult 😕 I've been trying to get a job in MB and haven't gotten an offer. I've been applying since January. This was my 3rd cohort trying 😕

It's just frustrating when people in my class are getting interviews or offers for L&D, OR, NICU, cardiac, etc. I'm like wondering did I make the right choice to only mainly apply for MB positions.

I emailed the HM West recruiter and was told they filled all the ED positions I just wish they told everyone that... so now my only hope is Willowbrook. Does anyone have the Willowbrook recruiters info?

Anyone ever gotten told the did exceptional in an interview and then rejected? I really don't understand it at this point

Me 😭 got told I did "great" and that I'd  "fit right in" then got rejected. And the thing is I applied to mother/baby and I did my capstone in mb 🥲 and I had a letter of recommendation from my preceptor
