Houston Nurse Residency Spring 2025

Hiiiii everyone! I know this is a little early but I am graduating this December and will be applying to houston nurse residencies and didn't see a forum for this 🙂 since applications start in a few months, just wanted to make this for more info! Does anyone know all the application opening dates for TCH, MH, Methodist, etc...?

That's exciting. I'm still waiting for HM West to make a decision about the emergency department. I'm assuming they might ask you more clinical questions but if you did really well, first interview, I'm pretty sure you'll be fine.

Is it likely to hear back from your second choice for Memorial Hermann. Unfortunately I didn't get the mother/baby offer at Children's.

I've applied since May and unfortunately I've never been forwarded to my second choice 😞

I was told if your second choice is taken they will let you know of any spots that have yet to be filled in other units.

For people who interviewed at memorial Herman did you bring copies of your resume and letters of recommendation? Would you recommend I bring anything else?

Bring a few copies of your resume! I would also recommend printing out questions you want to ask/ points you want to make- in case you forget them in the moment due to nerves- it also gives you a place to write information if you want.
