I wanted to go ahead and start a thread for all the Houston applicants! Where is everyone applying and what units? Would love for us to connect throughout the process.

I got an interview email on Monday! I also applied to Harris Health, Methodist, Memorial Herman and HCA

What about you?

Yeah I was kind of bummed that they didn't have any women's position at The Women's Hospital of Texas or at any of the HCA locations. I got ER at Pasadena. Did you verbally accept?

I got an email asking me to fill out a “formal application” to verify my work history and then another email for a covid-19 vaccine requirement that started with “Thank you for choosing Texas Children’s as your next place of work and we look forward to you joining our One Amazing Team.”

but not sure if this means I got an offer? Did you get these emails also?

Stay away from HCA. It is a horrible corporation to work for. They lie to you and tell you what you want to hear so you’ll sign the 2 year contract. 

trust me I know. I currently work for them and am stuck in a 2 year contract. everyone I started with want to quit but can’t bc of the contract. Run away!!
