As someone who failed in 145 (100% due to anxiety) and who then took it again and passed in 75 questions, My suggestion to you is to never ASSUME you remember the material so you aren't going to study it. You know everything! You just need to refresh. I used UWorld and made a schedule going over peds, MH, MN, adult health and all the systems that went with it. I used ATI notecards (levelupRN) and Mark Klimek (I found notes on his lectures online and the lectures are on Youtube). UWorld's self assessment is ACCURATE! Nurse Achieve's mock exams are great practice but not as accurate as the self-assessment for me. Nurse Acheive has a free trial. Use that. I wasn't a fan of Hurst so I didn't use it to study. It varies with different specialities! Some start in February and I think some start in March, they’ll let you know
