I wanted to start a thread since Memorial Hermann is having their Pre Match Open House. Was anyone able to attend The Woodland's zoom? I missed it and was wondering which units would be hiring?

Does Hermann Memorial, St. Luke's, and Texas Children's residency program work that way also? After 4 years of school not planning on doing 5 weeks of class training if not necessary.
from what I've gathered in previous interviews, most residencies begin with classes, mostly focusing on the hospital's protocols/rules/policies/etc. I've heard some residencies also require simulations/checkoffs (OMG).

I applied in June, did the prescreening interview July 12th, had a unit interview August 2nd, and received an offer for the stroke unit around midnight August 10th!
To relieve stress, I've watched all 6 seasons of Jane the Virgin since graduating in May and now binging Outer Banks.
On a spiritual side, I listen to lots of inspirational, worship music. It calms my stress level knowing someone bigger than me is in my corner and fighting my battles and He will open the right doors if I trust Him.

I have done so many interviews, and I don't hear anything back. I wish they updated the application portal....but how do you manage your stress levels during this process.
