Houston GN Residency Thread (Summer 2017 Cohort!)

Okay, thank you! That's what I had heard from most of my classmates, but I just wanted to make sure!

Just received a phone call to an interview event for St. Luke's!

That's great! Congratulations! When is the interview event? If you don't mind me asking

Well... that's the strange thing. It's tomorrow apparently. I wonder if they will have multiple interview events ...?

How was the interview!? And yes, I spoke with someone today at St. Luke's. They will be doing interviews and what not for the next two weeks as well.

Has anyone been called for interview for Ben Taub?

I was! But I turned them down. I didn't like the unit they gave me... completely ignored both first and second choice :/

That's not cool. If you don't mind me asking, what were your first and second choices? I haven't heard anything back. I think it's safe to say I am not getting an interview.

I was called too for an interview. It was with the unit I wanted, but it was for LBJ which was my second choice. I wanted to still interview with them but I couldn't make the date they gave me and they wouldn't allow me to reschedule.
