I checked my hcc and my personal e-mail and I have not received any email about RNSG 1301.

That reminds me, everyone should check their emails and make sure you got the surveys!

we should definitely meet up next time! and to be honest i'm not quite sure yet. i'll be waiting for any email for that and i will make sure to give everyone a heads up!

also, I looked up the textbook requirements for RNSG 1413 Foundations for Nursing Practice, RNSG 1360 Clinical Nursing - Foundations and RNSG 1115 Health Assessment. I found the requirements for them here.

Also!! I got the PDF versions of all the required books EXCEPT Health Assessment in Nursing Lab Book that is required for RNSG 1115. I'd like to share my PDFs with all of y'all since I know books are expensive. Send me your e-mail via private message and I'll be happy to send you the PDF books!

Another one I couldn't find was the Taylor's Video Guide to Clinical Nursing Skills DVD which is required for RNSG 1360. However, I did find a website for it here. I'm actually not sure if this is the same exact format as the DVD to be honest, but it has the exact same name so I'm sure it's the same one.

I hope I can help you guys save on the books cus good lord they're EXPENSIVE...

Yes! If you already got your Influenza shot, it should only be Handbook Acknowledgement pending.

I'm probably going to take Day classes despite me being a terrible morning person. Mostly because I have to take the bus and I don't want to be out late by myself.

ALSO that reminds me if you get the books from me, please feel free to share them amongst your nursing student friends/classmates!!!

I just got my acceptance notice today and completely lost.

I hope someone can let me know what should i do to catch up.

I haven't take the Edose exam and Wanda said she will email me to let me know the date and time.

I missed the orientation yesterday.

I have my blue card , drug test and background check report on certifiedbackground.com but it was under another school.

( i got accepted at Lee but today HCC told me that i'm accepted. weird !!! but i am happy )

For the proof of immunization and anything else, do I just scan and upload them under my documentation ?

Hi congrats, yes you can just scan & upload or take a picture and upload. Then the button next to it will turn green if it is accepted. If it is rejected you just resubmit with the changes. Hope that helps.

@berryberries: Thank you soooooo much! I already PM you my e-mail. You are very nice and sweet. I was worrying for my budget because I spent alot for doctor's fees and all the required paperworks. Your books are very helpful to me. :-)

@all of you: Can someone please tell me how to get the permission# to enroll for the classes? The 2nd orientation is not until the 20th. That's too closed to when classes start. Sometimes I hate how HCC works. I always feel like I am lost, especially I never received any of their e-mails.

Make sure to attend the actual nursing orientation on August 20th. Make sure to go to Coleman to register for a locker if you will be needing one. And congrats!

I sent you an e-mail so watch out for that! Also no problem! I totally understand how stressing it is to spend money on over-priced books. That money can go toward real necessities like gas, or a new small laptop hahaha! glad i can help :)

I heard that registration for nursing classes starts on August 16th but I'm not sure how to get the permission code. I heard they will tell us at orientation but it's kinda disorganized and you're right. It's way close to the start date and it makes me nervous @_@

Also guys, we should start a Facebook group or Hangouts so we can keep in touch there too and share insider information
