Does anyone else NOT have their hepatitis B vaccination complete? I know everything is due by August 6. I emailed Ms. January a few days ago but she has yet to respond back to my email.

Hi,

I just received my conditional acceptance letter today, however I also found out a month and a half ago that I am pregnant with a due date of December 29th. I need 3 more vaccines and my OB says I cannot get two of them, she will OK the flu shot. I have emailed my counselor and the ADN dept letting them know what's going on. I am wondering if anyone knows someone who started nursing school pregnant without being able to complete all of their vaccines. It looks like I may have to postpone nursing school for a little while at this point. I'll see what response I get from the ADN dept.

first of all, congratulations! :)

if you can, since the counselors take forever to get back to you on email, you should go to the counselors to talk to them and see what can be done.

Yes, I was thinking it would probably be best to go there in person. I don't have my car this week but will next week so I'll go then. I emailed them just in case they get a chance to reply.

dude omg i'm confused about that too. it says it's a software to upload all your immunizations, fingerprint etc. but i'm super confused about it myself. i think i'm going to try to ask about that

I think we will get more information about the blue (clearance) card once pharm is over, and we are accepted into the program. I believe the medical history is just pg. 2 of the physical exam form, according to the software.

and oh no maybe you can reregister? they give you your cpr card on the day you go anyway, they wont mail you one or make you wait for it.

I checked the next morning and they were full already. No biggie. I was just hoping for free though...Lol
