Just wanted to know if anyone is applying this April to get in for fall 2015 ADN program at HCC?
Also, I have completed all of the required prerequisites and I am taking all of the recommended classes this Spring. Do I still have a chance of getting accepted even though the recommended classes are still in progress?
I plan on registering for the HESI as soon as HCC updates the test dates and I am hoping to get a date in February.
Have you guys gotten your blue card yet? I got conditionally accepted to the program and then I was denied later on while they said I was waitlisted as well. i got all my paperwork in plus the blue card just in case maybe someone doesn't get all their stuff in. I hope you all get everything in on time but I'm trying to stay positive!
I recieved my blue card right after I got my acceptance email because I applied to another school which needed it as well. I guess they looked up all of the people that already had their fingerprinting done. I hope you got yours already! Whenever I got it done it only took two weeks max!
Sorry to keep asking but no one has gotten back to me about this email I recieved from mrs saddler. Has anyone else recieved this email or have heard anything about the board reviewing applicants again? I'm so confused! Help!
I had something similar happen to me. I received an email with checklist and when orientation was. I emailed back stating I didn't get an acceptance letter and would like to get the acceptance email. They responded days later saying I was waitlisted and would find out by August 12th if I was in. I feel that this is very confusing and unorganized. From seeing everyone else's post on here and the confusion, I will be declining my spot. I've been accepted to anyone school already as well. Good luck to everyone!
I just spoke to the ADN program about 30 minutes ago and they told me they don't have a "copy of the list" in their office. They did tell me that everyone would be notified if they were accepted or rejected by this Wednesday (August 19th) at the latest. That also happens to be the day of the MANDATORY program orientation, so hopefully nobody is notified they were accepted on that date since they would lose their spot in the program by not attending orientation. Honestly, I just wish they would let me know if I got in or not so that I can register for other classes. That way I can just apply to UT or TWU's BSN programs for the upcoming fall 2016 semester. I didn't even get wait listed and they can't tell me if I got in or not.
