Hey everyone, I have been reading many threads but unfortunately I have not found one for HBU for Spring 2017, so I thought I would start one. I am applying to their BSN, as my first degree, I am a transfer student. The following are my stats for my HESI and prereq courses:
HESI Overall: 94
A&P: 96
Vocab: 94
Grammar: 92
Math: 96
Reading: 92
Critical Thinking: 950
My science prereqs GPA: ~3.65
All prereqs GPA: ~3.4
Overall GPA: ~3.2
Has anyone heard back anything at this point? I called the school and they let me know the admission decisions should be coming out within these next two weeks!
I'm really praying to get answers this week! I don't think I can go another week not knowing. I applied to UTHSC as well but their waiting period is intense !
I FINALLY HEARD BACK TODAY!!! I got accepted into the program! The letters of intent are due by next Friday! Have you guys received an email? I had not noticed it when I first received it!
That is great!!!! Congrats!!!!! I wonder how many people they accepted this semester!? Will you be submitting your letter to the office or through email? I never asked but was this your first choice school or is it another school? For me it was between HBU and UTHealth as my top choice
CONGRATS!!! and likewise! I wish we could do like a page to add each other on fb but it's only three of us that we know that have gotten in so far haha. I'm so excited/nervous to start school!
I think a FB page is a good idea, we are all new to this and maybe it won't be as hard going in to it if we interact somewhere together! Has everyone decided if HBU is where they will attend? I know people apply to multiple schools and some have not released admission letters yet.
