Hospitals in South FL to apply to as a new grad?

Hey everyone! I am about to graduate a BSN program in Miramar FL and I currently live in Delray Beach, FL. I was wondering if anyone has had experience or heard anything about the hospitals around the area and working as a new grad?

I'm 3 miles away from Delray Medical Center (level 1 trauma), and I've heard mixed reviews. Also, I'm looking into Boca Regional, West Boca Regional, JFK, and Broward Hospital (level 2 trauma).

I would like to know what hospital is good to start in as a new grad and what unit I should start in? I'm really interested in Emergency & Trauma, and although I know it's smart to start in a medsurg unit, Delray Medical has openings for step down trauma and emergency room. I just want to do the right thing, and I'm hearing lately going straight into your specialty is as good as starting in med surg. I would really appreciate your advice!
